Soapbox Science in Newcastle

FREENewcastle University is excited to be hosting Soapbox Science for a fourth year! Inspirational female Scientists from Newcastle will be taking to their soapboxes and wowing the local community with their cutting edge science! We will be commandeering Grey’s monument in the Newcastle City Centre on Saturday 16th June 2018 from 12pm- 3pm. The event is free and a fantastic opportunity to meet and interact with local Scientists!
Dorota Badowska from the RD-Connect coordination office will talk about rare diseases and explain how RD-Connect and European Reference Networks can help diagnose and treat rare diseases.
