Registration for the 2018 RD-Connect meeting will be charged on a per person basis. The cost per person registered will be €260 and will cover all costs associated with the meeting including, but not limited to, the provision of conference material, room hire, coffee breaks, lunches, poster sessions and dinner.

If you are an RD-Connect partner (beneficiary receiving funding from the EU): The total amount for your institution, based on the number of people who registered to attend, will be calculated shortly after the meeting and deducted from your next interim payment. Please note partners who register but fail to attend will still be charged. Costs to attend the meeting are considered eligible by the EU, however, rather than invoicing each partner separately and in accordance with EU regulations, Newcastle University will cover the full cost of the meeting and the total amount per partner institution will result in a reduction in your overall budget / EU contribution. We will notify you of the exact costs to be withheld shortly after the meeting and would be grateful if you could inform your administrative department of your revised budget/EC contribution.

If you are not an RD-Connect partner: Newcastle University will send you an invoice for the €260 meeting fee. Please note that the meeting fee must be transferred to our accounts within four weeks of the invoice date. This includes RD-Connect Associated Partners. We will contact you after registration to confirm payment details.
