Role in RD-Connect:
Within RD-Connect, Roseline is responsible for inventorying tools developed by RD-Connect in the "–omics" field.
Background:
Roseline studied Social Sciences and Humanities in France and Canada. She holds a Master in Geopolitics (2003) from Sorbonne University and Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris).
She is specialized in the set up, development and management of international research projects & capacity-building programs in Europe and Africa. While working for international organizations, NGOs and consulting companies, Roseline has developed a strong knowledge of EU funding schemes/instruments and of European public policies in rare diseases. For 8 years now, she has been working in the rare diseases environment, first as a consultant by managing and setting-up projects in answer to European Commission Calls for proposals. Then, as a regional coordinator for Fondation maladies rares, a French non-profit organization which main objective is to speed up RD development programmes for new medicines by financing and supporting academic research and developing public-private partnerships.
