Member of the group (U758) at the Centre of Biomedical Research in Rare Diseases (CIBERER)

Project leader or collaborator in more than 20 research projects at National and European level addressing several fields such as specific rare diseases (eg: toxic oil syndrome, scleroderma), rare diseases epidemiology, as well as gene-environmental issues. Member of the Institutional Committee of the Spanish Strategy in Rare Diseases on behalf the ISCIII. Member of the first rare diseases epidemiological research network in Spain – The Rare Diseases Epidemiological Research Network (REpIER). I have published more than 80 papers in national and international peer review journals, author of 8 articles in different books.
